From a single breaker trip to a full switchboard overhaul — repair, troubleshoot, and maintain your facility's electrical systems.
3-Phase Troubleshooting
Diagnose and repair 3-phase power issues: phase imbalance, voltage drops, blown fuses, failed contactors. Restore production power fast.
Electrical Repair & Fault Finding
Ground faults, short circuits, tripping breakers, intermittent failures. We trace the root cause and fix it — not just reset the breaker.
Equipment Electrical Connections
Run power feeds and wire electrical connections for your new or relocated CNC, compressors, HVAC, and process equipment per manufacturer specs.
Switchboard & Panel Repair
Repair and upgrade aging switchboards, replace failed breakers, add circuits, and upgrade overcurrent protection for growing facility loads.
Generator & UPS Maintenance
Service and repair standby generators, automatic transfer switches, and UPS systems. Keep your backup power ready when you need it.
Preventive Maintenance
Thermal imaging, torque verification, breaker testing, arc-flash studies. Scheduled programs prevent unplanned downtime.
Warehouse LED Lighting
High-bay LED retrofits, motion-controlled zones, emergency egress. Cut energy costs up to 70% with PG&E rebates.
EV Fleet Charging
Fleet charging infrastructure for delivery vans, forklifts, company vehicles. Load management and utility coordination.

Detailed scope of repair or maintenance work, fixed-price quote, and schedule coordinated with your production windows.
Repair & Upgrade
Work performed during planned downtime when possible. Arc-flash labels applied, safety briefing on completion.
Testing + Closeout
System verification, thermal imaging baseline, updated documentation, and maintenance schedule handoff.
Switchboard Overhaul — Distribution Warehouse
Emergency call: a 40,000 sqft distribution warehouse lost half its power on a Monday morning. We traced the failure to a corroded main bus connection in the 30-year-old switchboard. Replaced the failed section, re-torqued all connections, applied arc-flash labels, and had full power restored by end of day.
- Problem: Corroded bus bar, intermittent phase loss
- Repair: Bus section replaced, all connections re-torqued
- Safety: Arc-flash study completed, labels applied to all panels
- Downtime: 8 hours total — full power restored same day
Built for Industrial Facilities
Fast Fault Diagnosis
We trace electrical problems to their root cause — not just reset breakers. Thermal imaging, meggering, and power quality analysis on every call.
Arc-Flash + NFPA 70E
We perform short-circuit studies and apply arc-flash labels. Your facility passes OSHA audits and your team stays safe.
Minimal Downtime
We schedule repairs around production, work nights and weekends, and keep outages as short as possible. Production is the priority.
24/7 Emergency
Production-down call at 2am? Dispatched within the hour. Industrial clients have priority response any day of the year.
Preventive Maintenance
Quarterly thermal imaging, torque verification, breaker testing. Catch failures before they shut down a line.
Documentation Discipline
Updated panel directories, arc-flash labels, and written reports after every job. Everything cataloged for audits and future reference.
Industrial Electrical Questions
What kind of industrial electrical work do you handle?
We focus on electrical repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, panel and switchboard upgrades, lighting retrofits, and running power feeds for equipment. We handle the electrical side — wiring, circuits, panels, and power distribution.
Do you perform arc-flash studies?
Yes. We perform short-circuit analysis, coordinate protective devices, calculate incident energy per NFPA 70E, and apply arc-flash labels to all panels. Required for OSHA compliance and worker safety.
Can you work during production hours, or do you require shutdown?
Whenever possible we work on de-energized equipment during planned maintenance windows or off-shifts. For non-critical repairs we can work on energized systems with proper PPE and lockout/tagout. Discussed during planning.
Do you handle PG&E service upgrades for industrial loads?
Yes. Service application, load letters, transformer coordination, and meter scheduling are all on us. For large loads (>1MW) we coordinate with PG&E's Engineering Advisory group.
What's your preventive maintenance program?
Quarterly or annual visits depending on facility size. Includes thermal imaging of panels and switchgear, torque verification of high-current connections, breaker testing, and a written report with findings prioritized by risk.
Can you run power for new production equipment?
Yes — we run dedicated circuits, install disconnects, and wire electrical connections for CNC machines, conveyors, compressors, HVAC, and automated lines per manufacturer specs. We handle the electrical connection, not the mechanical installation of the equipment itself.
What about emergency response for production-down situations?
Our industrial clients get priority dispatch — typically on-site within 1–2 hours during business hours, often within 3 hours after-hours. Production downtime is too expensive to wait.
Do you provide documentation after completing work?
Every project closes out with updated panel directories, arc-flash labels, and a written report. For larger jobs we provide single-line diagrams and as-built drawings. Critical for future maintenance and audits.
