You Call or Submit
A licensed electrician answers — not a call center. We listen to what's happening, ask the right diagnostic questions, and tell you whether it's something to handle today or schedule.
We Quote on Site
Most jobs get a free on-site estimate. We measure, check your panel, walk the cable run, and give you a written fixed-price quote before any work starts. No surprises mid-project.
Work + Closeout
Permits pulled, work performed, inspection scheduled and closed out. You get the closeout paperwork. 12-month workmanship warranty on everything we install.
What to Have Ready When You Call
A few details help us quote accurately on the first call and avoid a second trip:
- ›Address and rough year of the home — affects code requirements and likely panel age.
- ›Panel brand if you know it — Federal Pacific, Zinsco, Eaton, Square D, Siemens. A phone photo of the open panel cover is even better.
- ›What's prompting the call — symptom, deadline, or scope (EV install, panel upgrade, troubleshooting, etc).
- ›Whether power is currently working — affects emergency vs scheduled response.

Common Questions
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates are always free — panel upgrades, EV charger installs, lighting, and any project in our service area. For troubleshooting and diagnostic visits where the goal is "find what's wrong," and for safety inspections, call our team for current pricing.
How fast can you get out for an emergency?
For active electrical emergencies (sparking, burning smell, no power, exposed wire) we dispatch same-day, often within 2-3 hours during business hours. After-hours emergency calls are available 24/7 at a higher rate. Call (650) 550-0719 first — we'll triage on the phone and tell you if it's safe to wait or needs immediate dispatch.
Are you actually licensed and insured?
Yes — California State License Board (CSLB) Class C-10, license #1145945. Fully bonded with $15,000 surety bond. Carry $2M Commercial General Liability and California Workers' Compensation. Certificates of insurance issued per project on request. Verify our license at cslb.ca.gov.
Do you pull permits, or do I have to?
We pull every permit required for your project — building, electrical, and any city-specific add-ons. We schedule the inspection, are on-site for it, and hand you the closeout paperwork at the end. Unpermitted electrical work can derail a future home sale; we don't take that shortcut.
Can you bill insurance for storm or fire damage?
Yes — we provide itemized invoices and damage-assessment documentation suitable for homeowner's insurance claims. We've worked through PG&E surge-event claims, storm damage, and fire-restoration coordination. Talk to your adjuster first; we'll write up what they need.
Do you speak Russian?
Yes. Our team handles consultations, on-site assessments, written quotes, and project closeout in both English and Russian. See our Russian-language site or just ask when you call.
