What chargers do you install?

Networked and non-networked Level 2 stations (ChargePoint, Tesla, Enphase, universal J1772) and commercial DC fast chargers. We help you choose based on traffic, dwell time, and budget.

Do we need a panel or service upgrade?

Not always. Several stations need real capacity, but a load calculation often shows that dynamic load management can support them without a service upgrade. We confirm at the site assessment.

What rebates and incentives are available?

There are often programs worth tapping — PG&E EV Charge Network, California CALeVIP, BAAQMD fleet grants, and federal tax credits for qualifying sites. The programs and amounts change frequently, so we do not promise a figure: we identify what is currently available, prepare the paperwork, and recommend confirming the specifics on the official sources and with your tax advisor.

How long does an install take?

A single Level 2 station is typically one day. Multi-station and DC fast projects depend on scope, trenching, and PG&E timelines — we give you a schedule with the quote.

Do you work with HOAs, apartments, and property managers?

Yes. We install shared and resident-dedicated charging in compliance with California right-to-charge laws (AB 2565 and SB 880), with billing and access options.

Can we charge employees or the public for using the stations?

Yes. Networked stations support pay-per-use billing by RFID card, app, or session — you set free, subsidized, or paid rates and can track usage and energy per station. We configure the network and access control during commissioning.

Do commercial charging stations have to be ADA accessible?

Yes — California building code requires a portion of commercial EV stations to be accessible (van-accessible and standard) based on the total station count. We lay out the stalls, routes, and signage to meet the requirement and pass inspection.

Can we install a few stations now and expand later?

Absolutely, and it is the most cost-effective way to scale. We size the make-ready — conduit, panel capacity, and service — for your future station count up front, so adding chargers later is a quick circuit pull rather than another infrastructure project.
