Service Agreement

All electrical services are performed by Fox Electric LLC, a licensed C-10 electrical contractor (CSLB #1145945). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Estimates & Pricing

Written estimates are provided before work begins and are free of charge. The quoted price is the price you pay unless additional work is discovered and approved by you in writing. Troubleshooting, diagnostic-visit, and safety-inspection pricing is provided on request — call our team for a quote.

Licensing & Insurance

Fox Electric holds a valid California C-10 Electrical Contractor license (CSLB #1145945) and maintains general liability insurance. Contact us for current insurance documentation.

Permits & Inspections

We pull all required permits and schedule inspections as mandated by local building departments. Permit fees are included in our project quotes unless otherwise specified.

Warranty

All workmanship is warranted for one year from completion. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are passed through to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value of the work performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or issues caused by third parties.
