Can you install a fan where there's no wiring at all?
Yes. We run new wiring from the panel or an existing circuit to the fan location. Most rooms can be wired for a ceiling fan in 2-4 hours, depending on attic access and distance to the panel.
Do I need a special box for a ceiling fan?
Absolutely. California code requires a fan-rated box anchored to the ceiling structure. Standard light fixture boxes are designed for 15-20 lbs — a ceiling fan weighs 30-50 lbs and vibrates. Using the wrong box is a falling hazard.
Can you install a fan on a vaulted or sloped ceiling?
Yes. We use angled mounting kits and extended downrods to ensure proper clearance and balance on any ceiling pitch. The fan needs at least 7 feet of clearance from floor to blades per code.
Is the fan included in your price?
No. Our pricing covers labor and materials (fan-rated box, wiring, switch). You pick the fan — we install whatever brand you choose. We can recommend models based on room size and features if you want.

Can you mount my TV on the wall too?
Yes. We do in-wall power and HDMI runs so there are zero visible cables. Includes a recessed outlet behind the TV, low-voltage HDMI conduit, and clean drywall patching. Usually done in the same visit as a fan install.
What warranty do you offer?
All workmanship is warrantied for 12 months. If the fan develops a wobble or electrical issue traceable to our installation, we come back and fix it free.
