Do I need to replace the whole fixture or just the bulbs?
Depends on the fixture condition and your goals. Type A LED tubes work with existing ballasts (fast swap, but ballasts eventually fail). Type B tubes bypass the ballast (more reliable long-term). Full fixture replacement gives the best light quality and longest life. We'll recommend the right approach for your budget.
Will LED lighting look different from fluorescent?
Modern LEDs have excellent color rendering (CRI 80-90+). We match color temperature to your space: 3500K warm for restaurants and hospitality, 4000K neutral for offices, 5000K bright white for warehouses. Most people say it looks better than fluorescent.
