Santa Clara grew from 11,702 people in 1950 to 58,880 in 1960, so most of its single-family streets are 1950s tract houses on their original service size, while the Old Quad beside Santa Clara University holds the Victorian houses and Pomeroy Green holds 78 Eichler townhouses from 1961. Rivermark, built on the former Agnews campus from 2002, is the exception with modern wiring. Those rebates stop at the city line: a Sunnyvale or Cupertino address is PG&E territory and gets none of them.
